These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the binggoplus platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, and account features available to players in the Philippines. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restrictions being placed on your account until verification is complete.
All transactions on binggoplus are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through supported local payment channels including GCash, Maya, and selected Philippine online banking services. Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the respective payment provider. binggoplus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank processing times outside our control.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are detailed in the Finance section of your account. Funds deposited to your binggoplus account may only be used for placing bets or participating in games available on the platform. Deposited amounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the normal withdrawal process.
binggoplus does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any bonuses or promotional credits credited to your account are subject to separate terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. You agree not to use the platform for any commercial purpose, nor to exploit any technical vulnerability, error, or malfunction in the system to gain an unfair advantage. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use automated bots or scripts, or engage in collusion with other players is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
All game results and sports betting outcomes on the platform are determined by independent processes. binggoplus does not influence the outcome of any sporting event, lottery draw, or jackpot game. Results are final once confirmed and recorded on the platform. In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a bet or game, binggoplus reserves the right to void the affected transaction and refund the staked amount to the player's account balance.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of binggoplus complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. binggoplus makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in all locations. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is permitted in your area before registering or placing any bets on the platform.
binggoplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, violation of these terms, or activity that is deemed harmful to the platform or other players. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is necessary to prevent ongoing harm.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting binggoplus support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment channel, subject to standard verification requirements. Balances associated with incomplete verification, pending bonus wagering requirements, or accounts suspended for policy violations may not be immediately eligible for withdrawal.
Self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools are available to all players who feel they need to limit or pause their activity on the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any error or omission in content displayed on the platform. Your use of binggoplus is at your own risk and you accept the platform on an "as is" basis.
binggoplus does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access under all circumstances.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of binggoplus that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
